Global XRS Captain (Hong Kong-based)

The Role:
As a Global XRS Captain for Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Strictly adhering to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Confirming that all crew members are at their designated stations prior to take-off, final approach, and landing.
- Maintaining a safe and secure flight environment by prohibiting any crew member from performing activities during take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing, except those essential for the safe operation of the aircraft.
- Preserving flight data and cockpit voice recordings, ensuring they are not disabled or erased except for the investigation of an incident or accident, where automatic data erasure is imminent.
- Effectively coordinating work distribution within the flight crew to promote good airmanship throughout the flight.
- Precisely navigating and ensuring adherence to minimum altitudes.
- Observing the limitations of all aircraft systems and ensuring the proper use and handling of the aircraft.
- Enforcing the strict use of checklists.
- Maintaining sufficient usable fuel reserves to proceed to an airport where a safe landing can be made with final reserve fuel remaining.
- Maintaining close communication with the cabin crew to guarantee compliance with all cabin safety requirements.
- Ensuring the completion of flight and technical logs.
- Filing written occurrence and accident reports as required.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices.
- Maintaining a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of the company.
- Complying with regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Providing passengers with comprehensive safety briefings, including the location of emergency exits and the location and use of relevant safety and emergency equipment.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours on type.
- AOC operation experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
