Global XRS Captain (Hong Kong-based)

Position Description

As a Global XRS Captain for Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring the well-being of crew members, passengers, and cargo. This role demands a meticulous approach to safety, adherence to all operational procedures and checklists, and exceptional airmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety: Prioritize and ensure the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
Operational Compliance: Strictly adhere to the provisions of the Operations Manual (FOM) and all relevant operational procedures and checklists.
Crew Management: Coordinate and distribute work effectively within the flight crew to maintain a high standard of airmanship.
Navigation and Altitude: Ensure precise navigation and meticulous observation of minimum altitudes.
Aircraft Systems and Handling: Maintain a thorough understanding of all aircraft systems and ensure their proper use and handling.
Checklists: Enforce the strict adherence to all checklists.
Fuel Management: Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains for safe flight to an alternate airport, including final reserve fuel.
Cabin Crew Coordination: Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure compliance with all cabin safety requirements.
Documentation: Ensure the accurate completion of flight and technical logs.
Incident Reporting: File comprehensive written occurrence and accident reports as necessary.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices.
Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
Passenger Briefing: Ensure all passengers receive a thorough briefing on emergency exit locations and the location and use of relevant safety and emergency equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
Minimum 500 hours on type.
AOC operation experience.
Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
