Jet Aviation: BBJ NG Captain (Hong Kong-based)

This role reports to the Director of Flight Operations and focuses on operating Boeing fleets based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft, while providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft.
- Ensure strict adherence to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Oversee crew member stationing during take-off, final approach, and landing, ensuring all personnel are in their designated positions.
- Maintain vigilant oversight during critical flight phases, prohibiting any crew member from performing activities unrelated to safe aircraft operation.
- Uphold the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorders, ensuring they remain active unless necessary for incident or accident investigations.
- Effectively coordinate workload distribution among the flight crew, fostering a culture of good airmanship throughout the flight.
- Maintain precise navigation and strict adherence to minimum altitude requirements.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and their proper use and handling.
- Enforce the rigorous use of checklists throughout all flight phases.
- Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains to safely proceed to an alternate airport with final reserve fuel remaining.
- Maintain open communication with the cabin crew, ensuring adherence to all cabin safety requirements.
- Ensure the completion of accurate flight and technical logs.
- Prepare and file written occurrence and accident reports as necessary.
- Maintain thorough familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and industry best practices.
- Exemplify high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Comply with all regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Provide comprehensive safety briefings to all passengers, outlining the location of emergency exits and safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type BBJ NG / Max 8.
- FAA/EASA license preferred.
- Proven experience in private jet operations.
