Global XRS Captain - Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited
Jet Aviation, a leading provider of aviation services with a rich history dating back to 1967, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Strictly adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members are securely seated prior to take-off, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit crew members from performing any activity during take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing, except for duties essential to the safe operation of the aircraft.
- Prevent any disabling or erasing of flight data and/or cockpit voice recorder, unless data conservation is required for incident or accident investigation and would otherwise be automatically erased.
- Effectively coordinate workload distribution within the flight crew to maintain optimal airmanship throughout the flight.
- Ensure precise navigation and meticulous observation of minimum altitudes.
- Uphold the limitations of all aircraft systems and guarantee the proper use and handling of the aircraft.
- Enforce the strict and consistent use of checklists.
- Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains to safely reach an alternate airport, with final reserve fuel remaining.
- Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure all cabin safety requirements are met.
- Complete flight and technical logs diligently.
- File written occurrence and accident reports as necessary.
- Stay abreast of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices to fulfill the role effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Comply fully with regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Provide passengers with comprehensive briefings on the location of emergency exits and the location and proper use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours on type.
- AOC Operation experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
