Global XRS Captain - Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services since 1967, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Global XRS Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Hong Kong. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard at all times.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members are at their designated stations prior to takeoff, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit any crew member from engaging in non-essential activities during takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing.
- Maintain the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorder data, ensuring it is not disabled or erased unless required for incident or accident investigation.
- Coordinate effectively with the flight crew to maximize airmanship and ensure the smooth execution of each flight.
- Maintain precise navigation and adherence to minimum altitudes.
- Observe limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure their proper use and handling.
- Enforce the strict use of checklists.
- Monitor fuel levels, ensuring sufficient remaining fuel to reach a safe landing airport with adequate reserves.
- Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure adherence to cabin safety protocols.
- Complete all flight and technical logs accurately.
- Submit comprehensive occurrence and accident reports as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrate a high standard of discipline, conduct, and professional appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Comply with all regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Provide clear and thorough safety briefings to all passengers, outlining emergency exit procedures and the location and use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current type rating on Bombardier Global XRS aircraft.
- Minimum 500 hours of flight time on the Global XRS.
- AOC operations experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
