Global XRS Captain - Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services with a rich history dating back to 1967, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft.
- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Crew Management: Oversee crew member duties, ensuring they are stationed appropriately during critical flight phases, including take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing.
- Flight Operations: Maintain strict adherence to flight data and cockpit voice recorder regulations, ensuring proper operation and data preservation.
- Crew Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate the work distribution within the flight crew, optimizing airmanship and flight efficiency.
- Navigation & Observation: Maintain precise navigation, adhering to minimum altitude requirements and observing all aircraft system limitations.
- Aircraft Handling: Ensure proper use and handling of the aircraft, emphasizing the strict use of checklists.
- Fuel Management: Monitor fuel consumption and ensure sufficient fuel reserves for a safe landing at a suitable airport.
- Cabin Crew Coordination: Maintain open communication with the cabin crew, ensuring cabin safety procedures are meticulously followed.
- Documentation: Complete all flight and technical logs accurately and timely.
- Incident Reporting: File comprehensive written occurrence and accident reports as required.
- Regulatory Awareness: Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and established aviation practices to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.
- Professional Conduct: Uphold a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to the regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Passenger Briefing: Ensure all passengers are fully briefed on the location of emergency exits and the use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours on type.
- Proven experience in AOC Operations.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
