The Role:
The BBJ NG Captain plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operations while providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele. Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the Captain will primarily focus on Boeing fleets based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft at all times.
- Adherence to Regulations and Procedures: Uphold the highest standards of flight safety by strictly adhering to operational procedures, checklists, and regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Crew Management and Communication: Effectively coordinate crew members, ensuring optimal airmanship for flight operations. Maintain clear communication with the cabin crew to ensure all cabin safety requirements are met.
- Navigation and Aircraft Operations: Demonstrate expertise in precise navigation, adherence to minimum altitudes, and proper use and handling of the aircraft systems.
- Fuel Management and Flight Planning: Ensure adequate fuel reserves for safe flight operations and landing at designated airports.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and thorough flight and technical logs. Submit occurrence and accident reports as required.
- Professionalism and Conduct: Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and uphold the highest standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance.
- Passenger Briefing: Provide comprehensive safety briefings to all passengers, ensuring their familiarity with emergency procedures and safety equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type BBJ NG / Max 8.
- FAA/EASA license is preferred.
- Proven experience in private jet operations.
