BBJ NG Captain (Hong Kong-based)

Position Summary:
As a BBJ NG Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Boeing aircraft based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational procedures, adhering to all applicable regulations, and providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Flight Safety and Operations:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Strictly adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members are in their designated stations prior to take-off, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit any crew member from performing non-essential activities during critical phases of flight (take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing).
- Maintain the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorder recordings, ensuring they are not disabled or erased except for authorized incident or accident investigations.
- Coordinate effectively with flight crew members to optimize airmanship and operational efficiency.
- Ensure precise navigation and adherence to minimum altitude requirements.
- Monitor aircraft systems diligently and ensure their proper operation and handling.
- Emphasize the strict adherence to all checklists.
- Maintain sufficient usable fuel reserves to enable a safe landing at an alternate airport, including final reserve fuel.
- Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure adherence to all cabin safety protocols.
- Complete all flight and technical logs accurately and meticulously.
- Submit detailed occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
- Stay abreast of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and industry best practices.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.
- Comply with the regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Ensure all passengers are thoroughly briefed on emergency exit procedures and the location and proper use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current type rating on BBJ NG / Max 8 aircraft.
- FAA/EASA license is preferred.
- Extensive experience in private jet operations.
