Global XRS Captain - Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services since 1967, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to join its team in Hong Kong. As an integral member of Jet Aviation, the Captain will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our business jets.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members occupy their designated stations prior to take-off, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit any crew member from performing activities during take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing except those essential for the safe operation of the aircraft.
- Prevent any flight data or cockpit voice recorder from being disabled or erased, unless data needs to be conserved for incident or accident investigation and would otherwise automatically be erased.
- Effectively coordinate work distribution within the flight crew to maximize airmanship during the flight.
- Maintain precise navigation and adhere to minimum altitude requirements.
- Observe limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure their proper use and handling.
- Enforce strict adherence to checklists.
- Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains to proceed to an airport where a safe landing can be made with final reserve fuel remaining.
- Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure all cabin safety requirements are met.
- Complete flight and technical logs accurately and timely.
- File written occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
- Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS Operations Manual, and agreed aviation practices to effectively fulfill their role.
- Uphold a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Comply with regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Ensure all passengers are briefed on the location of emergency exits and the location and use of relevant safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- 500 hours on type.
- AOC Operation experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
