Global XRS Captain (Hong Kong-Based) - Jet Aviation Business Jets

As a Global XRS Captain you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and exceptional flight experiences for our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Safety Paramount: Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft.
- Operational Excellence: Rigorously adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Crew Management: Ensure all crew members are securely stationed during critical phases of flight, including take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing.
- Flight Discipline: Maintain a vigilant and disciplined approach, prohibiting any crew member from performing non-essential activities during critical flight phases.
- Data Integrity: Safeguard the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorders, ensuring their proper preservation for investigative purposes if necessary.
- Flight Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate crew responsibilities to optimize airmanship and flight execution.
- Navigation Precision: Demonstrate exceptional navigational skills, meticulously observing minimum altitudes and adhering to established flight paths.
- Aircraft Proficiency: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and limitations, ensuring their proper use and handling.
- Checklist Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all checklists, ensuring meticulous adherence to safety protocols.
- Fuel Management: Accurately assess and manage fuel reserves, ensuring sufficient fuel to reach a safe landing location with adequate reserve fuel remaining.
- Crew Collaboration: Maintain close communication with the cabin crew, ensuring compliance with cabin safety requirements.
- Documentation: Meticulously complete all flight and technical logs accurately and timely.
- Incident Reporting: Proactively file written occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Remain current with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manuals, and industry best practices.
- Company Representation: Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, discipline, and appearance as a company representative.
- Passenger Briefing: Thoroughly brief all passengers on the location of emergency exits and the proper use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum of 500 hours on type.
- AOC Operation experience.
- Must be willing to relocate to Hong Kong.
