Global XRS Captain - Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services since 1967, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to join its Hong Kong-based team. As an integral part of Jet Aviation's dedicated professional team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional flight experiences for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members are at their designated stations during takeoff, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit any crew member from performing activities during takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing except for those duties essential for the safe operation of the aircraft.
- Maintain the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorder, prohibiting any disabling or erasing of data except when required for incident or accident investigation.
- Effectively coordinate work distribution among the flight crew to maximize airmanship and ensure smooth flight operations.
- Precisely navigate the aircraft, maintaining minimum altitudes and adherence to all aircraft system limitations.
- Uphold strict adherence to checklists and ensure proper aircraft use and handling.
- Monitor fuel reserves, ensuring sufficient fuel for safe landing at a designated airport with adequate final reserve fuel.
- Maintain open communication with the cabin crew to ensure compliance with all cabin safety requirements.
- Thoroughly complete all flight and technical logs.
- Submit written occurrence and accident reports as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS Operations Manual, and established aviation practices.
- Exemplify a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Comply with all regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Provide clear and comprehensive briefings to passengers regarding emergency exit locations and the location and use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours on type.
- AOC Operations experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
