Aviation Captain
Jet Access and its family of companies, providers of premier private air travel, charter, aircraft management, sales, maintenance, flight training, airport operation and management, seeks a qualified and experienced Captain. The successful candidate will lead the assigned aircraft flight crew and ensure all flights are conducted in accordance with established company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. This individual will maintain proficiency as a required crewmember, oversee the First Officer, and provide exceptional service and support to aircraft owners, passengers, and clients.

Core Schedule:
- Seventeen (17) scheduled duty days per month.
- Optional overtime opportunities for additional premium pay beyond scheduled duty days.
- Part 91 owner trips may occur outside the 17 scheduled duty days and will not be eligible for overtime pay.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct aircraft operations and related assignments in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and Company Manuals.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all flight, aircraft, and passenger records.
- Supervise other crewmembers in the performance of their duties.
- Ensure compliance with flight/duty time limitations and rest periods.
- Maintain a current First Class medical certification.
- Review Flight/Maintenance Logs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordinate with maintenance personnel.
- Ensure proper preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing of the aircraft.
- Coordinate client requests for itinerary changes with the Operations Control Center.
- Perform duties of Ground and In-flight Security Coordinators.
- Ensure current manuals, charts, and equipment are onboard the aircraft.
- Verify valid passports, immunizations, visas, and clearances for crewmembers and passengers.
- Ensure compliance with international arrival and departure regulations.
- Foster and maintain outstanding business relations with clients.
- Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations.
- Ensure that only flight crewmembers manipulate aircraft controls.
- Document engine trend monitoring data as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3,000 Hours Total Flying Time
- 1,500 Hours Total Pilot-In-Command (PIC) Time
- 500 Hours Multi PIC Time
- 250 Hours PIC in Type Time
- 250 Turbine PIC Time
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- ATP Qualified
- Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Parts 135 and 91.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, email, web-based, and mobile device applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Successful completion of background check and drug test.
- Ability to effectively read and respond to email communications.
