Aviation Captain
Jet Access, and its family of companies, is seeking a qualified and experienced Captain to lead the assigned aircraft flight crew. This individual will maintain proficiency and competence as a required crewmember on the assigned aircraft, ensuring all flights are conducted in accordance with established company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. The Captain will also oversee the First Officer in all flight duties and provide exceptional service and support to aircraft owners, passengers, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct aircraft operations and related job assignments in accordance with policies established in the Flight Operations Manual and Company Manuals.
- Ensure all flight, aircraft, and passenger records are completed neatly, timely, and accurately.
- Supervise other crewmembers in the performance of their duties.
- Ensure compliance with flight/duty time limitations and rest periods in accordance with established policies.
- Maintain a current 1st class medical certification.
- Review Flight/Maintenance Log to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft and coordinate with appropriate maintenance personnel for any required maintenance.
- Ensure the preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing of the aircraft is accomplished according to established policies.
- Coordinate client requests for itinerary changes with the Operations Control Center.
- Perform the duties of Ground and In-flight Security Coordinators.
- Ensure appropriate manuals, charts, and equipment are current and onboard the aircraft.
- Ensure that crewmembers and passengers have valid passports, immunizations, visas, and clearances appropriate for customs, immunizations, and agricultural inspections.
- Ensure international arrivals and departures are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Foster and maintain outstanding Jet Access Aviation, LLC, and client business relations through friendly and efficient response to travel needs.
- Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations.
- Ensure that no unauthorized person manipulates aircraft controls.
- Document engine trend monitoring data as requested by the Maintenance Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Crew Schedule:
- 17 scheduled duty days per month.
- Optional OT days may be offered beyond scheduled duty days for additional premium pay.
- Part 91 Owner trips may occur outside of the 17 scheduled duty days and will not be eligible for OT pay.
Required Qualifications:
- Current CE-750 Type Rating
- 3,000 Hours Total Flying Time
- 1,500 Hours Total Pilot-In-Command (PIC) Time
- 500 Hours Multi PIC Time
- 250 Hours PIC in Type Time
- 250 Turbine PIC Time
Preferred Qualifications:
- ATP Qualified
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email, and web-based and/or mobile device applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Successful completion of background check and drug test.
- Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications.
