About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Cabin Crew Training Manager, the Performance Trainer plays a crucial role in providing ongoing training, support, and coaching to our Cabin Crew teams. This role ensures compliance with company and regulatory procedures while delivering exceptional customer service both in flight and on the ground, aligning with our "A Great Deal Friendlier" objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze training and development needs, creating SMART objectives aligned with business needs.
• Deliver initial and recurrent training to Cabin Crew, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and sales.
• Remain current on Cabin Safety and Training Manuals and all related regulatory procedures.
• Continuously seek improvements to the safety, service, and sales culture, making recommendations and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum two years holding a Cabin Crew Attestation, demonstrating role model behaviours.
• Experience motivating and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others.
• Proven ability to write and deliver assessments.
• For internal candidates, an excellent knowledge of [Company Name] safety and standards is essential.
• For external candidates, prior training experience and two years holding a Cabin Crew Attestation are required.

Additional Information:

This role necessitates flexibility and travel to other bases, training venues, and our training centers in Bradford and Cheadle. A Full Driving Licence is mandatory.
