Position Overview:
Our client, based in Chicago, is seeking a highly skilled Chief Pilot. The ideal candidate will possess substantial flight operations experience, a strong understanding of Part 91 regulations, and a commitment to upholding the highest safety and efficiency standards. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in the Phenom 300E model.
Requirements:

Possess a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.

Substantial experience as a corporate pilot.

In-depth knowledge of Part 91 regulations and their application.

Type rating in Phenom 300E minimum of 300 hours.

Minimum 3000 hours total time.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and client-centric environment.

Must be willing to fly right or left seat alongside of Aircraft owner.

Must be ready, willing and able to assist in training/working with new aircraft.

Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field (preferred).

Resides or willing to relocate to within a 1-hour driving distance of Chicago-based location (KLOT).
