Second-In-Command (SIC) Pilot - Phenom 300

Position Purpose:
EJM seeks highly qualified Second-In-Command (SIC) pilots for a Phenom 300 based in Salt Lake City, UT (KSLC). The successful candidate will join a team supporting approximately 400 hours per year of flight operations. This is a full-time position requiring relocation to the Salt Lake City area; remote commuting is not permitted. Applicants must possess flight time exceeding the minimum requirements outlined below; exceptions will not be made.
Responsibilities:
- Execute pilot duties in strict adherence to EJM's General Operating Manual (GOM), FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other relevant instructions.
- Ensure the highest level of safety, security, and quality by adhering to the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and promptly reporting any observed non-compliance or safety recommendations.
- Maintain the aircraft interior post-flight, including removal of debris from the cockpit area, catering items, and ice. Report any discrepancies in interior equipment to the Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Coordinate and procure cabin items and catering as instructed by the Flight Operations Center, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot to manage work schedules and schedule changes. Maintain accurate flight and duty time records. Report all commercial flying performed outside of EJM to the Flight Operations Center for inclusion in the Flight and Duty Time Records.
- Maintain and provide the Flight Operations Training Department with a copy of the pilot's First Class Medical Certificate by the 20th of each month.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- FAA Type rating in the Phenom 300 (if not already held).

Minimum Requirements:
- ATP License.
- Total flight time: 2,500 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours.
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours.
- Instrument: 150 hours.
- Jet: 250 hours.
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours.
- Preference given to local candidates.
