Position: First Officer A330 (Type Rated) Assignment: China Airlines Flight Base: Taiwan Length of Assignment: Three (3) years Renewal is expected, but not guaranteed. Monthly Salary: TWD 174,140 to 178,809 before tax Overtime (above 69 hrs/mo.): TWD 2,117 to 2,212/hr first 15 hrs. TWD 2,503 to 2,598/hr above 15 hrs. Market Allowance: USD$750 Housing Allowance: TWD 37,000 Annual Festival Bonus: Lunar New Year: TWD$10,000 Dragon Boat Festival: TWD$5,000 Moon Festival: TWD$5,000 Annual Wage Supplement: TWD 53,622-60,291 Annual Leave: 2 days / month (commencing after 4 months of service; increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years) Sick Leave: 5 days / year Schedule: 8 consecutive days OFF/month after commencing flight duties. Based on airline need, may be reduced to 6 days OFF/month with 2 days carried over to next month of service.
