As part of a close-knit flight operations team, participants will gain experience flying regional routes with advanced avionics, contributing to a culture known for safety, performance, and teamwork.

Successful participants commit to a minimum two-year employment agreement with Horizon Air upon achieving Air Transport Pilot (ATP) minimums.

Key duties include attending program-specific meetings as scheduled, engaging in bi-annual check-ins with the program director, and completing monthly flight hour surveys.

Qualifications

Active Private Pilot License (PPL).

Valid, unexpired FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Valid US driver's license.

Ability to accurately provide and maintain flight records, including logbooks.

Possess and maintain a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel to and from the U.S.
