Position Summary

Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter is actively recruiting qualified and highly professional Learjet 60 First Officers to join its distinguished team. Candidates will become integral members of a crew comprised of some of the most experienced Learjet pilots in the industry, contributing directly to the company’s ongoing success and stellar safety record.

Location and Operational Requirements

• Base of Operations: Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE), Florida.
• Residency Requirement: Applicants must be willing to reside within a one-hour commuting distance of KFXE.
• Fleet Structure: The company utilizes a non-floating fleet; aircraft are locally owned and consistently operated from KFXE.

Scheduling Options

Hop-A-Jet offers flexible scheduling options designed to promote work-life balance:

• Standard 9 days on / 6 days off schedule.
• Alternatively, flexible scheduling providing a minimum of 12 hard days off per month.

Minimum Qualifications and Criteria

Prospective First Officers must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multiengine Land Instrument Rating.
• Current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time.
• Must be eligible to enter Canada.
• A clean professional history demonstrating no prior accidents, incidents, violations, or FAA administrative actions.
