Aitheras Aviation Group is seeking a full-time Captain to join our team at the Rochester, MN base. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to life-saving missions, including patient transport, organ procurement, and critical care transport, with approximately 90% of trips being life-saving.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote positive attitudes toward compliance and safety.

Execute flight planning, aircraft preflight inspections, and aircraft preparation.

Perform flight duties, ensuring navigation adheres to approved flight plans.

Maintain aircraft manuals, navigation charts, and checklists.

Comply with all applicable regulations, including recent flight experience and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure all required licenses and certificates are current to meet company, ICAO, and FAA requirements.

Assist with baggage loading/unloading and passenger needs.

Maintain aircraft cleanliness and appearance, order catering, and ensure commissary inventory and supplies are stocked.

Attend scheduled ground and simulator training to maintain flight proficiency and knowledge of flight operations, regulations, and aircraft systems.

Identify and report hazards.

Perform all other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements:

1000 flight hours as Second in Command - Co-Pilot.

200 hours of actual instrument time.
-
250 night hours.
-
Multi-engine land rating.
-
ATP certificate.
-
Unrestricted Passport.
-
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Current First Class medical certificate.

Two years of multi-crew experience.

CE500 type rating is preferred.

Must reside within a 45-minute radius of a company base or be willing to relocate.
