Responsibilities:

• Ensure the inflight safety and security of all passengers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating an enjoyable and impressive experience for travellers.
• Anticipate and promptly respond to passengers’ needs in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of at least Grade E in 5 HKCEE subjects or Level 2 in 5 HKDSE subjects (including English and Chinese Language or equivalent qualifications).
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Ability to speak Japanese, Korean, Thai, or other languages is considered advantageous.
• A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and the physical fitness required to pass the pre-employment medical assessment.
• Demonstrated positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset complemented by strong communication skills.

Venue:
Hong Kong Airlines Training Academy Tower, 28 Kwo Lo Wan Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau.

Directions:
Take the S1 bus from Tung Chung station, alight at the CAD Headquarters station, and walk approximately 7-10 minutes.

Documents Required for Interview:

1. Resume including a passport-size photo.
2. Valid travel documents (HKID, Passport, Home Return Permit).
3. Photocopies of academic certificates.
4. Photocopies of previous and current employment references.
