Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Starting Wage Range: $104,842.74 - $115,327.01
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Awarded upon successful completion of training and checkride; no training contract required)
- Retention Bonus: $40,000 (Available after a 6-month waiting period as part of a 3-year program)

Job Summary:
A Fixed Wing Pilot is sought to join a dedicated team providing critical medical air transportation services utilizing a Pilatus PC12 aircraft. Operating on a structured two-week on, two-week off schedule, the pilot will conduct both day and night missions. The role emphasizes operating within a quality, professional team deeply committed to maintaining exceptional safety standards for both flight crew and patients.
Responsibilities:
The Fixed Wing Pilot collaborates closely with a team of medical professionals to facilitate the safe and efficient transport of patients between locations and medical facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the aircraft is prepared for all flight dispatches in accordance with applicable manuals, Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), and company standards, including performing aircraft cleanliness duties.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant company and regulatory documentation, such as shift records and load manifests.
- Communicating effectively and collaborating seamlessly with air and ground dispatch, fellow flight crews, facilities, and partner organizations.
- Providing comprehensive operational information during shift changes to transitioning pilots and teams, adhering to established protocols for documentation.
- Actively maintaining all required pilot certifications and participating in ongoing ground and air training as mandated.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) certificate is required.
- Must be willing and able to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate within 5 years of employment.
- Holds a current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
- Possesses a valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Minimum Flight Hour Requirements:
- Total Flight Hours: 2,500
- Fixed Wing Hours: 2,000
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Hours: 1,000
- Cross Country Hours: 500
- Night Hours: 100
- Instrument Hours: 75 (including 50 actual instrument hours)
Working Conditions:
The position requires working in various outside weather conditions. Tasks may involve deicing the aircraft, assisting with towing and maneuvering the aircraft in and out of the hangar, and preparing the aircraft for flight.
Physical Demands:
The role necessitates the ability to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The pilot may be required to assist with patient loading, involving a lifting requirement of up to 70 lbs. Specific visual abilities required include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
