Pilot Job Description

This position requires a highly skilled and motivated pilot with a Commercial and Instrument rating, ATP preferred. The ideal candidate possesses a previous turbojet type rating and holds a current First Class Medical Certificate or is able to qualify for one. They must have a clean safety record with no accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past five years.

The pilot should demonstrate a thorough knowledge of general aviation aircraft, their service requirements, and the needs of both crews and passengers. They should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and possess the skills to train a Second-in-Command pilot effectively. A sincere desire to assist customers and contribute as a team member is essential.

Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with a professional appearance and demeanor. The pilot must be able to establish a friendly rapport, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and possess excellent multi-tasking capabilities. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred qualifications for PC12 operations include:

A Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, 1200 total flight hours, 500 hours of cross-country flight time, 100 hours of night flight time, and 75 hours of instrument time, with at least 50 hours in actual flight conditions. Previous experience in on-demand charter operations and prior FSI or Simuflite training are also highly desirable.
