This position offers the opportunity to fly throughout the United States, contributing to a professional and safety-focused operation. The PC-12 is utilized in both executive and scheduled airline configurations.
Boutique Air emphasizes a two-crew operation, adhering to Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles and standardized procedures. The company’s operational framework is based upon industry best practices, including the use of checklists, call-outs, flows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A comprehensive Flight Standards Manual governs all aspects of the airline's flight operations, underscoring a commitment to safety.
Boutique Air values its pilots and offers full pay from the first day of ground school. The company boasts a growing roster of over 100 pilots and is expanding. Pilot domiciles include Boston (KBOS), Dallas Fort Worth (KDFW), and Portland (KPDX). Pilots enjoy system-wide access to open time for scheduling flexibility, and are permitted to trip trade. Participation in CASS and MyIDTravel programs is provided at no cost to the pilot, which includes reciprocal agreements with major airlines such as Southwest, American, United, Spirit, and Frontier.
The company's diverse operations, encompassing both charter and Essential Air Service (EAS) flights, provide exposure to a wide range of airports, climates, and service levels, creating some of the most versatile and well-trained pilots in the industry. Domicile assignments are currently determined by seniority during the initial week of ground school.
