Pilatus PC12 Fixed Wing Pilot
Aviation organization is seeking a qualified and dedicated Fixed Wing Pilatus PC12 Pilot to deliver exceptional medical air transportation services. The pilot will operate Pilatus PC12 aircraft, providing safe and reliable transport to customers. This position is based in Winner, South Dakota, and involves a 14/14 schedule, operating day and night trips. The pilot will be an integral member of a quality, professional team committed to upholding the highest safety standards for both crew and customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $113,959.50 - $125,346.45
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (after successful completion of training/checkride) - NO TRAINING CONTRACT!!
- $40,000 retention bonus (6-month wait period; this is a 3-year program)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure the safe transportation of patients to and from designated locations and facilities.
- Ensure the aircraft is prepared for flight dispatches, adhering to all relevant regulations and company procedures, including cleanliness duties.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, including shift records and load manifests.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide comprehensive shift change information to the incoming pilot and team, following established protocols for recording details.
- Maintain all required certifications and participate in ongoing ground and air training.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) rating required. Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.
- 2,500 total flight hours.
- 2,000 fixed-wing flight hours.
- 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
- 500 cross-country flight hours.
- 100 night flight hours.
- 75 instrument flight hours (50 actual).
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in outside weather conditions.
- May be required to de-ice the aircraft, assist with towing, maneuvering the aircraft in and out of the hangar, and preparing the plane for flight.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May assist with loading patients, with a lift requirement of up to 70 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
