COMPENSATION: $130,000 - $150,000 / YEAR

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Pilot in Command (PIC) responsible for preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the federal aviation regulations and company procedures. Other aviation duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Chief Pilot.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ensure company aircraft is operated to the highest level of safety and all pilots maintain professional standards at all times. Work with the Chief Pilot on flight scheduling and assisting with the aircraft. Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Must be able to move items weighing up to 40 lbs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of at least 5 years of Corporate flying and type rated in at least one aircraft.
• Second class medical is required and must be up-to-date.
• Must have a FAA ATP with Multi Engine rating.
• Minimum pilot in command time is 3,500 hours of which at least 2,500 hours have been in multi engine aircraft including at least 1,000 hours in turbo prop aircraft.
• Must have completed at least 100 hours in the insured make and model of said aircraft.
• Must have successfully completed the company approved ground and flight school, at a facility which use is full motion simulator-based training for the make and model aircraft being flown within the preceding 12 calendar month of the intended flight.
• Experience with BART software a plus. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Must be trustworthy and a dependable professional.
• Must have ability to maintain strictest confidentiality.
• Requires excellent people skills, a congenial attitude, and a professional appearance for regular interactions with employees, family members and other stakeholders.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. Must pass background check.
