Learjet 45 Pilot in Command

Aery Aviation is seeking a qualified and customer-focused Lear 45 Pilot in Command to join its charter operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and legal operation of the Lear 45 aircraft, ensuring strict adherence to FAR Part 135 regulations, FAA requirements, and Aery Aviation’s policies and procedures.
This position operates on an 8-day on / 8-day off schedule, offering a balanced work-life structure. The Pilot in Command will manage both single-pilot and two-pilot operations, prioritizing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of flight safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for Lear 45 charter operations in accordance with FAR Part 135 regulations.

Ensure flight operations comply with FAA regulations, Aery Aviation manuals, and internal policies.

Provide an excellent customer service experience for all passengers.

Engage with clients to deliver safe, comfortable, and professional charter flight experiences.

Execute flight planning, dispatch coordination, and aircraft preparation, including stocking and managing the loading/unloading of baggage and equipment.

Maintain the Lear 45 aircraft in optimal operational condition for safety and efficiency.

Complete successful pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.

Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.

Adhere to Aery Aviation policies, safety standards, and code of conduct.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate

Multi-Engine Land Rating

FAA First Class Medical Certificate

Lear 45 PIC Type Rating

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on superior customer service.

Ability to support Aery Aviation’s mission and deliver exceptional service.

3,000 hours total flight time.

1,500 minimum PIC Hours.

500 Lear 45 Hours (250 minimum).

US Passport.
-
Must not have any ineligible TSA criminal offenses.

Must be willing to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio.
Pilot Schedule:
An 8 days on / 8 days off rotating schedule is provided, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Safety-Sensitive Role:
This position is classified as safety-sensitive under the Department of Transportation-Federal Aviation Administration (DOT-FAA). All applicants will be required to undergo a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and may be subject to random drug testing during employment.
