Captain (PIC) - Learjet 45

Jett Aircraft, a Part 135 operator based in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a qualified Captain (Pilot-in-Command) to join their team. The successful candidate will fly the Learjet 45 fleet, with crew members averaging approximately five overnights and sixteen flying days per month.

About the Role

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. This includes commanding the aircraft, filing flight plans, completing weight and balance calculations, reviewing NOTAMs and weather, and ensuring all operations adhere to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Operations Specifications, and company policies. The role also involves assessing operational risks and ensuring proper flight planning and fueling. The Captain is also responsible for the safe handling of passengers, baggage, and cargo, and may be required to lift, push, or pull at least 80 pounds.

Requirements

• ATP with unrestricted privileges.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 500 hours turbine time.
• Minimum of 500 hours multi-engine time.
• Preferred total flight time of 2,500 hours.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Current US Passport.
• Type rating in the Learjet 45.
• Certification through company training programs.
• All crew members are trained to FAR Part 135 standards.
