Position Overview
FlyUSA is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing strategic sourcing and hiring plans to attract top-tier talent within the competitive aviation sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and nurturing a diverse and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the aviation industry.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the aviation or aerospace sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
