Key Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive human resources functions, encompassing strategic recruitment, seamless onboarding processes, proactive employee relations management, performance evaluation systems, equitable compensation frameworks, and robust benefits administration.
- Develop, implement, and rigorously ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with both industry standards and relevant federal, state, and local employment legislation.
- Champion initiatives focused on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement to cultivate a productive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure meticulous compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting standards, mitigating risks and promoting ethical conduct throughout the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for all levels of management and employees, providing expert guidance and support on HR-related inquiries, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong preference for candidates possessing experience within the aviation industry or other highly regulated sectors.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements, particularly as they pertain to specialized industries.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced, professional setting.
