The specialist will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth and maintaining its high standards within the private aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse aviation roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Enhance the candidate experience through professional and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the aviation or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
