Role Overview

Jet Linx Aviation seeks a dedicated and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its esteemed Human Resources team. This critical role, reporting to the Talent Team at the National Operations Center, is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across the organization. The Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and contributing to the company's continued growth and success within the dynamic aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
Source and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of aviation-related roles.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments.
Manage candidate communication and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications
