About the Role
SkyShare seeks a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its esteemed team at the CB SkyShare Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) located at Ogden Airport. This critical role will support the comprehensive human resources functions essential to the smooth operation of our aviation services.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing various HR processes, including but not limited to:
- Talent acquisition and recruitment within the aviation sector.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Benefits administration and HR policy enforcement.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting compliance with labor laws and aviation industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a preference for experience in the aviation industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are paramount.
