First Officer (B737 Type Rated)

Key Responsibilities
- Provides continuous professional support and assistance to the Captain, contributing significantly to the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations.
- Serves as a distinguished brand ambassador for the airline, consistently maintaining exemplary personal discipline, conduct, and appearance while on duty.
- Upholds a paramount duty of care for the welfare and safety of both fellow crew members and valued customers throughout all flight phases.
- Collaborates effectively with the Commander to oversee and ensure the appropriate fueling, precise baggage and cargo loading, and comprehensive servicing of the aircraft.
- Executes all assigned duties diligently, adhering strictly to the detailed instructions and procedures outlined in the airline's comprehensive Operations Manuals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
- Applicants must be B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type-rated, with this endorsement having been acquired or revalidated within the last 24 months.
- A minimum of 1,500 Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) flying hours, including at least 500 hours specifically on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft, is required.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory for effective communication within the flight crew and with air traffic control.

Information Security Responsibilities (ISR)
The First Officer is expected to thoroughly read and adhere to all Company ISR policies, promptly reporting any identified weaknesses or security incidents to the relevant Line Manager or the Information Security team. Active participation in all required ISR awareness sessions and consistent application of associated guidelines in daily business operations are also mandatory to maintain the highest level of data and system security.
