First Officer
As a First Officer, the primary objective is to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft as the 'Second in Command' during all normal and non-normal situations, acting under the direction of the Captain or Aircraft Commander.
Key Responsibilities
- The First Officer provides continuous input and assistance to the Captain, contributing to the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations.
- The role involves acting as a dedicated brand ambassador for the airline while on duty, upholding high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance.
- The First Officer demonstrates responsibility for the duty of care and welfare of both the crew and customers.
- The position also entails supporting the commander in ensuring the appropriate fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and essential servicing of the aircraft are carried out correctly.
- Furthermore, the First Officer is responsible for the proper execution of all duties specified within the instructions and procedures detailed in the airline's Operations Manuals.
Qualifications
- Possession of a High School Diploma is required.
- Candidates must hold a B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type rating endorsed within the last 24 months.
- A minimum of 1,500 MPA hours of total flying time is necessary, including at least 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Information Security Requirements
The First Officer is required to read and comply with the Company's ISR policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. This includes completing all required ISR awareness sessions and adhering to associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
