Compensation and Benefits

Minimum Base Salary: First Officer = AED 26,485 (USD 7,217) NTR (excluding flight pay).

Position Overview

This role involves serving as a Non-Type Rated First Officer or a First Officer, contributing to the growing team operating Emirates' advanced Boeing and Airbus aircraft fleets.

Role Requirements for First Officers

To be considered for a First Officer position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2,000 hours of total flying time, with at least 20 tonnes of Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) jet experience. Exclusions apply to P3, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft time.
• A minimum of 1,000 hours of multi-crew cooperation (MCC) time.
• A minimum of 150 hours flown within the past 12 months on type.
• A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) and a corresponding Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.

Experienced First Officers with over 4,000 flying hours can anticipate an enhanced salary package.
