Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits

The minimum starting salary for a Non-Rated First Officer is AED 26,485 (approximately USD 7,217), exclusive of flight pay. Furthermore, more experienced First Officers, boasting over 4,000 hours of flying time, are eligible for an enhanced salary package.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective First Officers must meet the following stringent criteria:

• A minimum of 2,000 hours total flying time, with at least 1,000 hours accumulated on multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft weighing 20 tonnes or more (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• A minimum of 150 hours flown within the past 12 months on a relevant jet type.
• Possession of a valid ICAO Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a corresponding Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
