First Officer
This role ensures the safe operation of the aircraft as Second in Command during all normal and non-normal situations, under the direction of a Captain or the Aircraft Commander.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides continuous input and assistance to the Captain to ensure flights are operated safely and efficiently.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for the airline, especially while on duty, maintaining a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance.
- Demonstrates responsibility for the duty of care and welfare of the crew and customers.
- Supports the commander in ensuring appropriate fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and aircraft servicing.
- Ensures the proper execution of duties as specified in the airline's Operations Manuals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Fluent in English.
- Non-Type Rated Requirements: At least 2,500 hours total flying time, including at least 1,500 hours of MPA hours and 1,000 hours on modern (EFIS), multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft over 10 tonnes operating weight (preference given to those with PIC time).
- Type Rated Requirements: B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsement within the last 24 months, including at least 1,500 MPA hours flying time and 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.

ISR Requirements:
The candidate reads and complies with the company's ISR policies, diligently reports any weaknesses or incidents to the Line Manager or Information Security team, completes all required ISR awareness sessions, and follows associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
