The successful candidate will conduct flights in accordance with established flight plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Captain's directives. They will assist the Captain with administrative duties, ensure the aircraft's safe navigation, and maintain continuous monitoring of its geographical position, guaranteeing safe terrain and weather clearance. Etihad Airways offers a comprehensive annual package, including a base salary of AED 216,000 per annum, monthly productivity pay, variable pay, and an annual incentive of up to AED 16,500 (based on a 175-day working pattern). Additional benefits include:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2500 hours of total flying time.
• A minimum of 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jet aircraft.
• Minimum 500 hours on any Boeing aircraft and currently flying any Boeing aircraft.
• Experience on one of the Boeing glass cockpits within the last 3 years.
• Currently flying a commercial/charter aircraft above medium aircraft type (above 7000 kg).
• Possession of a current and unrestricted ICAO ATPL. (Frozen ATPLs are not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen.)
• An unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.
• A maximum age limit of 50 years old.
• English Language Fluency (written and verbal) at Level 4 or better.
• In the case of hours accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of the total hours shall be counted towards the required minimums.
