The Simulator Second in Command (SIC) is responsible for maintaining program currency to effectively serve as Second-In-Command for internal and external customer pilots during Recurrent, Initial, or generic training courses within the established training curriculum.
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to use hands for manipulation, reach with hands and arms, and engage in verbal communication or hearing. The employee may also be required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and taste or smell.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The work environment frequently involves proximity to moving mechanical parts. The employee may occasionally work in high, precarious locations and outdoor weather conditions, and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, risk of radiation, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
The compensation for this role falls within a specified salary range (Min – Max). Compensation will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, education, skills, experience, and market demands.
