Aviation Professional - Seeking Experienced Pilot

Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
Key Responsibilities:
The selected individual will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of flight operations. This includes:
- Crewing and Trip Management: Guaranteeing all crewing and trip assignments adhere to strict company and regulatory guidelines.
- Flight Planning & Performance: Diligently completing all necessary flight planning tasks, encompassing performance calculations, weight and balance assessments, and fuel planning.
- Risk Mitigation & Briefing: Proactively utilizing the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to lead pre-flight briefings, effectively mitigating potential operational risks and fostering a safety-first culture.
