These include ensuring all crew assignments and trip planning adhere strictly to company regulations and governing authorities. Further responsibilities include comprehensive flight planning, encompassing performance calculations and precise weight and balance determinations for each flight assignment. Finally, the successful candidate will expertly utilize Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead pre-flight briefings and proactively mitigate operational risks.
