This position requires a highly skilled aviation professional with a minimum total flight time of 3500 hours. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in multi-engine land operations, with at least 1500 hours specifically in Multi Engine Land (MEL) aircraft. A minimum of 2000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) experience is essential, including 500 hours PIC in MEL aircraft.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all crewing and trip assignments adhere to both company policies and relevant regulatory standards. The role includes comprehensive flight planning duties, encompassing performance calculations and weight and balance assessments for each assigned flight. Furthermore, the successful candidate will utilize the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to conduct required briefings and actively mitigate potential operational risks.
