Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to collaborate with the crew to cultivate a positive onboard atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant journey for guests and creating a memorable "WOW" effect so passengers disembark with a smile. Key duties include:
- Commencing the day with a briefing to gather all essential flight information and prepare for the flight.
- Performing various safety checks and preparing the cabin for passenger boarding.
- Greeting and assisting guests during the boarding process as needed.
- Executing service procedures efficiently alongside the rest of the crew.
- Monitoring onboard sales items to enhance the passenger experience.
- Acting as a brand ambassador daily, embodying the company's values with enthusiasm.
- Handling stressful and challenging situations effectively, resolving issues with composure.

Requirements
Candidates should possess a passion for flying, a friendly demeanor, and a minimum of a secondary school diploma (mittlerer Schulabschluss) or a primary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) with prior service experience. Essential qualifications include:
- Minimum height of 1.60m and age of 18 years.
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (minimum Level B1).
- Possession of an unrestricted valid passport; non-EU citizens also require a residence permit and work permit.
- Good general health (unrestricted flight fitness).
- Visual acuity not exceeding +/- 5 diopters.
- Solid swimming ability (minimum 100 meters continuous swimming).
- If previously employed as Cabin Crew Member within the last 60 months: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, including official flight hour verification from the former employer.
