Responsibilities
Provides technical and disciplinary leadership for assigned Cabin Crew Members, overseeing their development and performance through feedback, targeted measures, and conflict management, including labor law decisions.
Ensures the operational stability of designated Cabin Crews.
Independently identifies, prioritizes, and addresses HR-related and operational issues, extending beyond the immediate scope of responsibilities.
Clearly communicates the corporate interests of Discover Airlines and consistently implements common goals.
Regularly accompanies flights as an active Cabin Crew Member for quality assurance and direct exchange.
Participates in the Cabin Crew selection process and works independently on cabin-relevant and cross-departmental projects.

Qualifications
Completion of a university degree or vocational training.
Ideally possesses experience in technical or disciplinary leadership and employee development.
Several years of experience in operational, dynamic work environments, preferably in aviation, with a track record of making independent decisions under time pressure.
Strong understanding of service quality and the ability to sustainably ensure quality standards through leadership, clarity, and consistency.
