Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests on every flight with an open and welcoming demeanor, acting as a passionate host.
• Clearly explain all onboard procedures to guests, ensuring a safe and smooth flight operation.
• Demonstrate a caring mindset to ensure guests feel comfortable at all times.
• Accompany guests during their holiday travels, engaging in pleasant conversation and offering travel tips and recommendations.
• View onboard sales as an integral part of service mentality.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Completed secondary school education (or equivalent or higher qualification)
• Previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is advantageous
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage
• Ability to swim confidently
• Valid, unrestricted passport
• Ability to reach the stationing location within 90 minutes when on call
• Strong service orientation
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Excellent team and social skills
• Internet access
• Willingness to undergo Yellow Fever vaccination
