Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and comfortable atmosphere on board our flights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in pre-flight briefings to obtain essential flight information and preparation details.
- Conducting thorough safety checks and preparing the cabin for passenger boarding.
- Warmly welcoming and assisting passengers during the boarding process.
- Collaborating with fellow crew members to provide seamless and attentive service throughout the flight.
- Promoting and selling onboard duty-free items to enhance the passenger experience.
- Embodying the company's values and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Handling challenging situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
Ready to take flight? We encourage you to apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum height of 160 cm and 18 years of age.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum level B1) both written and spoken.
- Possess a Realschule diploma or a Hauptschule diploma with relevant experience in the service industry.
- Hold a valid passport and, if applicable, a valid residence and work permit for non-EU citizens.
- Maintain good physical health, including a visual acuity of +/- 5 diopters.
- Possess strong swimming skills.
- Willingness to receive vaccinations approved in Germany, including COVID-19.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
Please note: Training courses are scheduled to resume in early 2025. While all 2024 training slots are currently filled, we encourage you to participate in our assessment center as results are valid for 12 months.
