To train and cultivate cabin crew members, fostering adherence to safety protocols, exceptional customer service delivery, and efficient flight operations.
Accountabilities
Fully comply with company health and safety requirements to ensure the well-being of trainees and fellow staff members.
Deliver Classroom Training and Practical Training Sessions in accordance with EAT Training Manual and relevant Instructor Guides ensuring best practice and regulatory guidelines are always adhered to.
Provide feedback to trainees to ensure successful completion of assigned training sessions.
Contribute to the design and development of SEP training modules in compliance with national and international regulations and standards as well as best training practices.
Continuously provide feedback on improved training methodologies, modes of delivery and trainee performance to EAT Training Management as required.
Ensure records of completion and all relevant documentation are completed in a timely and organized manner.
Conduct regular assessments to gauge trainee progress and competency levels and Provide mentorship and support to new instructors as needed.
Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness.
Education & Experience
Educated to high school level or above.
Holds or has held a valid Cabin Crew License/Attestation
Minimum flying experience of 5 years.
Teaching/training qualification required.
Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Flexibility to accommodate varying training schedules and operational requirements.
Comfortable with utilizing digital tools and technology to enhance training delivery and communication.
Familiarity with aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Current or previous SEP, AVH, DG, AVSEC, CRM Instructor certificate preferred.
