Ideal Candidate Profile
To be considered for these prestigious roles, candidates are required to meet the following essential criteria:
- A minimum of 5,500 total flying hours.
- A minimum of 2,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit (1) jet aircraft.
- A minimum of 1,500 PIC hours on any aircraft within the A320 Family.
- Recent flying experience on any Airbus Fly-By-Wire (FBW) aircraft within the past 12 months.
- A valid A320 type rating, with a minimum of 2 months validity at the anticipated date of joining.
- An unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- Current proficiency on the A320.
- An unrestricted and current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Maximum age of 59 years on the date of joining.
- Current TRE (Type Rating Examiner) or TRI (Type Rating Instructor) qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at Level 4 or higher.
- For hours accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of the total hours will be counted towards the minimum required hours.
