Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of six months' experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously.

  • A strong affinity for working collaboratively within a diverse and energetic team.
  • Demonstrated ownership, empathetic problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring memorable customer experiences by consistently going the extra mile.

Essential Requirements:

To meet regulatory and operational standards, applicants must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Stand between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes.
  • Possess fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as the native language of their chosen base.
  • Hold a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network.
  • Reside within a 90-minute commuting distance of their selected base.
  • Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck; all tattoos must be inoffensive.
  • Be comfortable and willing to sell items from the CAFE.SHOP range, including alcoholic beverages, which also contributes to commission earnings.
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and successfully climb into a life raft.
  • Successfully pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical examination and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
