The Role

The VVIP Flight Attendant is responsible for delivering unparalleled, personalized service to an elite international clientele on exclusive worldwide charter missions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach, and unwavering commitment to the highest standards of safety and luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, execution, and post-flight management of exclusive worldwide VVIP flights.
• Providing personalized, discreet, and highly professional service to guests before, during, and after flights.
• Ensuring the highest quality presentation and service standards on board, from gourmet catering to sophisticated beverage offerings.
• Independently ordering, planning, and organizing cabin amenities tailored to individual guest profiles.
• Upholding the highest safety and service standards throughout all flight operations.
• Collaborating closely with Flight Operations, Handling Agents, and other internal departments.
• Maintaining and controlling inventory and cabin equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation and initial experience as a Flight Attendant.
• Possession of an unrestricted, valid passport from an European Union member state.
• Completed secondary education, ideally with experience in upscale hospitality, gastronomy, or a comparable service industry.
• Demonstrated strong host mentality and experience serving discerning international clientele.
• Excellent command of spoken and written German and/or English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to maintain a stylish, well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor, even under pressure or during short-notice changes.
• High willingness to travel and flexibility for worldwide deployments, including on short notice.
• Exceptional resilience, discretion, and a professional approach to sensitive information.
• Strong team player, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Ability to swim and willingness to successfully complete all safety-relevant training.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany.
• Availability for assignments at bases in Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin, and Hamburg.
